Official Rules / Terms and Conditions

United Kingdom Promotion — October 1st 

1. The Promoter

This Prize Draw is organised and promoted by VITA MIMS, S.L., a company registered in Spain with tax identification number (CIF) B10582146, with its registered office at Mandri 38, 08022 Barcelona, Spain, trading as Hellomims via the website hellomims.com.

By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”), by our Privacy Policy and by our Cookie Policy, each referenced below and available on the Website.

2. Eligibility

• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees (and their immediate family members or household members) of VITA MIMS, S.L., its affiliated companies, and any agencies or third parties directly involved in the development, execution or administration of this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

• Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Multiple or duplicate entries from the same individual will be void.

• Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom. Any entrant who is selected to receive a prize or reward must provide a valid UK delivery address before the prize or reward can be dispatched.

3. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw opens on 7 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 20 October 2026. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered. 

4. Entry is Free — No Purchase Necessary

Entry into this Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary and making a purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. This Prize Draw is a free prize draw for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005 and does not constitute an illegal lottery, as no payment or consideration of monetary value is required to enter.

5. How to Enter and Entry Requirements

To submit a valid entry, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, visit the Prize Draw landing page on the Website and complete all of the following steps:

• Read and accept our Privacy Policy (see Section 9 below);

• Submit the following personal details via the entry form:

– Full name
– Postcode within the United Kingdom
– Email address

• Newsletter subscription is optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Hellomims.

Incomplete entries, or entries containing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information, will be void. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and kept up to date, as we will rely on the details submitted to notify winners and deliver prizes.

6. The Prizes

6.1 Grand Prize (1 winner)

One (1) winner, selected at random in accordance with Section 7 below, will receive: one (1) year’s supply of Hellomims Immune Support gummies (with Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc), provided free of charge, delivered in periodic instalments over twelve (12) months to a single UK delivery address (“the Grand Prize”).

6.2 First 50 Participants Reward

The first fifty (50) valid entries received, in the order in which they are submitted and verified as complete and eligible during the Promotion Period, will each receive one (1) week's supply of Hellomims Immune Support gummies, provided free of charge to a single UK delivery address.

6.3 General Prize Conditions

• Total number of prizes available: 1 Grand Prize + up to 50 “first participants” rewards.

• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, in whole or in part.

• If a prize (or any element of it) becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

• Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.

• As with any food supplement, winners should check the product label for allergen and dietary information before consumption. Hellomims Immune Support gummies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using a random number generator, within 10 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.

• Winners of the “first 50 participants” reward will be notified within seven (7) days of their eligible entry being verified.

• The Grand Prize winner will be notified via the email address provided within 10 working days of selection. 

• If the Grand Prize winner does not respond to our notification within 10 days, or does not meet the eligibility requirements in these Rules, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and select a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

• In accordance with the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, we will maintain a documented and auditable record of the draw process and will make the result available to entrants on request; the winner's first name and county may also be published on the Website unless the winner objects.

8. General Conditions

• VITA MIMS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Rules, or who is found to have used fraudulent or automated means of entry.

• VITA MIMS reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or postpone the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITA MIMS accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance/use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud).

• This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it (if applicable).

• These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to entrants’ statutory rights in the jurisdiction where they reside.

• Entrants may request a copy of these Rules, or of the winner’s name/county, by writing to info@hellomims.com.

9. Privacy Policy — How We Use Your Data

VITA MIMS, S.L. is the data controller responsible for the personal data you provide when entering this Prize Draw. This section summarises how that data is used; our full Privacy Policy is available at https://www.hellomims.com/policies/privacy-policy and should be published/updated to include the details below before this Prize Draw goes live, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.1 What we collect

Full name, postcode and email address, together with your newsletter subscription preference where applicable. If you are selected to receive a prize or a reward, we will also collect the delivery address required to fulfil your prize.

9.2 Why we process it and our legal basis

• To administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes — legal basis: performance of a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) / our legitimate interests in running the promotion fairly (Article 6(1)(f)).

• To send you the Hellomims newsletter and marketing communications — legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

9.3 How long we keep it

We will retain entrants’ personal data for 5 years for non-winners, and for as long as necessary to fulfil delivery and statutory/tax obligations for winners. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

9.4 Sharing your data

We may share your data with delivery/courier providers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling prizes, and with service providers who process data on our behalf, including email marketing platforms and IT hosting providers. We do not sell personal data. 

9.5 Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to or withdraw consent for marketing at any time (including via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter). To exercise these rights, contact info@hellomims.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been misused.

10. Cookie Policy Summary

Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies. In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and UK GDPR, we ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics, marketing/advertising cookies) on your device via the cookie banner shown when you first visit the Website.

• Strictly necessary cookies (required for the Website and the Prize Draw entry form to function) are used without requiring consent, as permitted under PECR.
