Casi siempre tenía problemas para dormir, he probado desde pastillas hasta con otras gominolas, pero los efectos secundarios eran muy fuertes, las pastillas muy grandes... etc. Con estas gominolas concilio el sueño mucho mejor y más rápido sin dejarme un regusto amargo en el paladar.

I have been having trouble sleeping for about 20 years and find that these gummies really help calm my mind. Personally, I find them most effective when taken 1-2 hours before when I go to bed so that I’m nice and sleepy when I hit the pillow.

I was sceptical when ordering, as so many products promise to help you sleep. However, I've been taking them for a week and they work wonders!
